We practice a high quality of medicine, and the facility is well-equipped, including digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, EKG/Dopper/Masimo Pulse Oximetry, Loqic Laptop Ultrasound, and full in-house Idexx Catalyst and Lasercyte. We have also recently migrated to paperlite records using eVetPractice.

We have wonderful google and yelp reviews, with many clients also commenting on the support staff. The management team welcomes recommendations, including pharmaceuticals, you may be interested in using, based on your knowledge and past experiences. We conduct regular marketing campaigns to help ensure continued growth.

Who is our ideal candidate:

• A few years of medical and surgical experience, however, mentoring available. Dr. Lewis is a UC Davis graduate with 16 years of experience.

Huntington Beach Pet Hospital has been servicing the local community for over 9 years and we are looking for experienced, upbeat, team player and detail-oriented technicians to assist our clients and patients in our newly remodeled 5 exam room clinic 8 minutes away from Huntington Beach Dog Beach.

We are looking for an experienced veterinary technician. Licensure is not required but encouraged. We are a growing private practice in Huntington Beach, with a very friendly team that has a sense of humor that is necessary in this industry. We are currently closed on Sundays and open 2 Saturdays a month, but a flexible work schedule is important.

This position is for full-time employment, and we only focus on medical care and surgeries, NO Boarding or Grooming.

Required skills include phlebotomy, patient restraint, anesthetic monitoring, dental prophylaxis, positioning for x-rays, placing intravenous catheters, assisting receptionists, and reviewing estimates.

Our hospital is equipped with a new digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, laptop ultrasound, Masimo pulse oximetry, doppler BP, Evetpractice (now Pulse) cloud management software, and New in-house Heska Chemistry and CBC machine, and Dr Vet Laser.
